'Basic English - German Dictionary' is a dictionary module (simple-dictionary) for use with the 'Verbs & Nouns' and 'V&N Lookup' programs. You can download the latest versions of 'Verbs & Nouns' and 'V&N Lookup' directly from the Info-Mac archives (the Education/Language directory). 'Basic English - German Dictionary' is based on the "Project Gutenberg" versions of two Mr Honey's English - German dictionaries, (C)2001, 2002 by Winfried Honig: Mr Honey's Beginner Dictionary (English-German), Mr Honey's First Touristic Dictionary (English-German). The original PG Etext is included. The dictionary can be used separately or in conjunction with the other English - German 'Verbs & Nouns' modules. It contains more than 5000 English words and many phrases useful for a beginner. The dictionary module itself is free, to use it you need the shareware program 'Verbs & Nouns 2.6.1' or later (or 'V&N Lookup 1.4.7' or later) which you can download from the same places as this module - the unregistered versions of 'Verbs & Nouns' and 'V&N Lookup' have some limitations.
