This utility encodes binary files into a plain text format and decodes the resulting files into their original state on PCs.
It seems that PC BinHex 1.3 sometimes corrupts BinHex (*.hqx) files if they have extra headers before the actual BinHex data so it may be best to edit those extra headers off before conversion.
