Data Converter

DataConverter is a fairly simple, yet powerful, program for parsing large fixed record length datafiles (i.e. each record is defined as containing a certain number of characters) into tab or comma separated data files which can then be imported into most Macintosh database applications. This allows data dumps from most coporate databases to then be viewed and manipulated on a Mac so that you can search the data as you like, generate whatever reports you need yourself, or whatever. This new version allows files with records of up to 5000 characters in length to be parsed, and adds some improvements to the user interface.
