Active Drag

This is the Japanese version of the ActiveDrag package. ActiveDrag is a small system extension that will allow you to drag windows on your screen LIVE. That is, the window will actually move as you drag it. There are a few problems with this nifty live dragging utility. First, windows that are partially off screen (outside of the monitor viewing area) cannot be dragged live. Second, when dragging, windows in the same program of the dragged window will not update. This is because the code that draws the dragged window hogs the process for that application. Thirdly, dragging a window requires some RAM. If that RAM isn't available, the window will not be drawn correctly. This utility is freeware.
