Publishing Aide

Publishing Aide provides a way to keep track of submissions to publishers. It lets you view every publisher to which you've submitted an article/story/poem/idea, or every article/story/poem/idea you've submitted to particular publisher. You can also keep notes, comments on each submission, etc. It's free. Requires: Hypercard 2.3.5.
