On September 1, 1999 the Phoenix-metro area requires 10-digit dialing for local calls that cross into two new area codes (623 and 480). Many folks still provide their phone number with only seven digits. This handy reference tells you which area code to dial.
The program is Freeware. Hope it is helpful to everyone in the Valley of the Sun.
