Problem Tracker 1.1 is FileMaker Pro, LAN or Web-based Help Desk or Tech Support Software. It helps users track clients, their problems, and any actions taken on those problems. Features include: email support for sending messages to other users (web only), accessible from almost any web browser or FileMaker 3 or 4 client, extensive reports, and is fully customizable in FileMaker.
