Foobar vs. the DEA was written by me(Richard Cross) and Tom Cruse. Tom was moving to California on the 8th of April when he was run over by a truck. Tom put his heart into Foobar. It's something he was proud of. The game is dedicated to his memory. Money sent in for episodes 2 and 3 will be donated to a scholarship fund at LSU. The fund will be in Tom's name. Tom graduated from LSU with a BS in physics in 1995.
